Shipping Information

Shipments to Italy and abroad are made via EXPRESS COURIER

The cost is €6.00

For islands and smaller areas the cost is €9.50

It is possible to pay by cash on delivery by adding €3.00

Free shipping is available with a minimum spend of €35

As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros.

For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped by CAFFE' RARO from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order.

In all cases CAFFE' RARO reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with CAFFE' RARO and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.

If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that it be returned to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to CAFFE' RARO, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
